BMW 525D from Lee at Alpha Motors
In December 2024, I purchased a BMW 525D from Lee at Alpha Motors.
When I picked up the car, I noticed an issue that I hadn't caught during the test drive. I returned the car the same day, explained the problem, and the mechanic requested a test drive. I agreed, and he quickly confirmed the issue, offering to book the car in for repairs. Before leaving, I checked with Lee to confirm that the repair would be covered by my Three-Month Statutory Warranty, and he assured me that it would. The work was completed, and the issue was resolved.
However, a few weeks later, I encountered another problem with the car, and this is where my experience shifted from five stars to one star. I called to explain the issue and was told that I didn’t have a Three-Month Statutory Warranty, which I found confusing, considering the first issue had been covered under warranty.
