Beware of these guys.

Bought a car From Anthony's motors and everything seemed ok. They even put a fresh MOT on it. When I first bought the car I offered to pay it all off in one go which came to 3000 pounds. I was not even given a discount for paying cash. I said that's fine, the least I can ask for is some fresh floor mats. The sales person forgot about my request and when I reminded him, he pulled some old ripped up, dirty mats from another car and handed them to me. 2.5 weeks later 4 glow plugs needed replacing and I had an emissions fault. I was keen to take care of the car so I took it for a service and discovered that both rear discs and pads were below the legal limit. They were overdue a change by 6 months! Anthony's motors basically forced a car through an MOT illegally. When I called them, the sales person who sold me the car became extremely defensive and rude and started shouting at me down the phone. AVOID. They sold me a 16-month-old car, which I subsequently found had had 6, yes 6 previous owners before me and had replica VW-Style alloys rather the OEM-VW wheels. A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

A really pleasant business to buy from. I bought a car a few months ago and The service I got was fantastic and the PX price I got was better than I’d been offered elsewhere. A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE

I purchased a very nice Peugeot from Anthonys motors,who were the relaxed and straight talking dealers I had come across whilist sourcing my new car. They gave me good advice,excellent price on my car and a fresh mot with a service. Could not have gone any better,thank you to the sales manager for all his advice and knowledge,really know there stuff.

good service nice people

Bought a Hyundia 2 months ago,got a great deal on my car. The staff were very charming and understanding whilst not being pushy. ive had no problems with it and they gave me a new mot with a service and 3 months warranty. I bought from them because they have been there a long time and my friend purchased a car from them 3 years ago with no issues either. Would recommend for sure.

terrible cars

After selling me a car I had a lot of trouble with it. He claimed/advertised it as full service history but there were major gaps. When I requested the service history he became extremely defensive and refused unless I signed a paper agreeing to keep the vehicle and not get it refunded. I learned the hard way, I am currently looking at options such as a small claim court.

great after sales service

I bought a mini cooper from these guys last year,they gave a great price on my px...gave me a new mot,service & 3 month warranty!!! 6 weeks into owning it I had a problem,it was the head gasket....they picked the car up from me,repaired it and delivered it back to me......£450 all paid for by them!!!! my friend bought one from them this year with no problems either!!! They been there over 10 years
