Dreadful service!
I bought a car from them in January with a brand new MOT with no advisories and a 3 month warranty. Less than 6 weeks after purchase the brake pads had to be replaced - I gave assured and they were very dismissive and said the noise I experienced could have been dust. The same week the turbo went, again assured were quite abrupt and rude and told me to speak to the warranty company. Assured car sales did not apologise or care about my problem, they said 'I don't know what you expect us to do.' The warranty was as useful as chocolate teapot - it doesn't cover this, that and the other. My car is vital for me as I have a disabled child. I got sold a pig of a car that I had to have scrapped - total lost was over £5000. I wouldn't buy a go cart from them, rude, unhelpful and all smiles until they have your money in the bank. If I could give no stars I would, I really resent giving them any stars.
