Somewhat dubious: Service + MoT on my Lotus. Headlights were aligned absolutely fine as far as I was concerned, but they refused to pass it without realigning them, to the tune of £40. They now point at the sky. Charged me for screenwash, even though I topped it up before I left the vehicle there *and* gave them a written note saying as much! They also don't do anything above the bare minimum (you might think they'd take two minutes to clean the area around the brake fluid reservoir cap before refilling it (risking getting crud in your brake fluid), clean out drainage channels, etc while they have the inspection hatches off and generally be helpful). On the plus side, they obviously read reviews on Google, because their Service Manager contacted me shortly after reading the above review with an offer to put it all right for free, including coming and picking the vehicle up and returning it. So I guess I'm somewhat impressed by their customer service (albeit obviously driven by the commercial interest that follows from Google reviews), but less so by the fact they "follow the [Lotus service] instructions to the letter", rather than being helpful by default.

Three visits to B&C over the past month for an MOT and two separate body-shop visits. All the staff were extremely helpful, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Work carried out to a high standard, would recommend.
