VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

We went to see a car today at the Chatham branch all the way from Manchester. We made an appointment beforehand at 2.30pm on 26.05.19 We wanted to part exchange our car with a Mercedess C Class C350 E Reg No:LP 66 RNU.which we seen on autotrader. When we arrived we had to wait 45mins which was very disappointing. The car we wanted to see was not in good condition at all it had scratches on the front bumper, back bumper also on the side No one mentioned these at all, the car was dirty the side door interior was scratched and had dints in it. The mats were dirty and the car had not been washed also it was smelly. The car was priced at £18,000 they reduced the value of my car by a £800.00 when we got there!”Even though on the phone call they offered me more. We asked the sales person if they had any car of the same spec he said no we don't. He wanted us to buy the same one cuz he knew we came from very far. Terrible experience

Car broken down just after 40 days ! Still in their garage now for a new engine i only whish their give my money back and finish with this torment. Please anyone reading this dont step your foot at their shops save your self alot of hassle and stress.

I purchased a vehicle on 17.08.24. On the 22.08.24 it broke down. The vehicle was covered by a 3 month warranty. The warranty company arranged a tow truck and asked me to take it to my local garage. CROOKS - Sold faulty car

Bought a BMW White 3 series from big motoring world on the 15th of July 2024. It was advertised to have driver assistance features such as lane assist, automatic rain sensors on the windshield. On the test drive i completed a week before I picked up the vehicle no issue. Worst Car Dealer
