Don't believe all that is promised
My wife and I recently bought a car BMW X1 from big motoring world.
firstly at the moment there is nothing wrong with the car itself, however! When we went to collect the car, things were not so good.
The car was showing no fuel at all 0 miles range, when we questioned this we were told they had put £5 of fuel in it so there would be enough to get us to the petrol station, we had just handed over £20,000 and they couldn't even put enough fuel in the car to register on the fuel gauge!!!
They claim to claybar and polish every car, this is rubbish the car had been washed and that was it, the wheels, wheel arches, behind the door handles were filthy and it had never been polished.
The validity of the 200 point inspection is questionable, the tire pressures were all wrong. They should have been 2.2 bar all round, the fronts were 2.4 and 3.0 and the rear 2.4 and 2.9 so they had never been checked. The washer bottle was empty, so what else had not been checked? The mind boggles.
