Never buy a car from Big Motoring World! Why?

We bought a 2020 Kia Sportage model vehicle on March 10.

We bought the car using a loan, and a discount was made on the sale, which was reflected in the monthly installments as £15. A discount of 15X48 months, i.e. 720 pounds, was made. But later we realized that there was no discount and if we had accepted the first offer, we would have paid more than the market price for the car.

We bought their own product, Gard X (paint polish insurance), insure the vehicle. But at the end of the first week, we decided that this insurance was unnecessary and wanted to cancel it. But they said that this insurance was assigned to the vehicle, so they could not cancel it. However, they did not inform us about this before the sale of the vehicle.

Before the sale, we were told that the vehicle's 7-year warranty offered by Kia continued for another three years. But after the sale, we learned that since the vehicle had never been to the Kia service, this car was actually largely out of the scope of this warranty.
