DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. If you have an issue and return the car their policy is to withhold payment for 14 days after receipt of the car and it's legal.

Customer service is poor to say the least. The car was not as described (missing features) and now 3 weeks down the line still waiting on a new rear window. They even suggested I claim on my insurance for a new window!!! Is that actual legal?

After nearly 4 weeks and no fix I returned the car for a full refund. an that's when I found out they will hang on to your money for as long as they can

Woking's only, certainly not Woking's finest
bought car from Buckingham's in March. it had faults straight away (burning oil, rattling turbo, leak from roof & headlight washer jams). we had to wait til June to drop car to them due to work commitments as they wouldn't collect or meet halfway. they had the car for 5 weeks and did nothing (actually they put some renovate paste on rubber seal and put over 1,000 miles on the clock. the only thin
