i have bought several cars from another dealership however decided to go to this dealership as i fell in love with car they advertised.

On arrival it was parked, you could just look into but never been offered a test drive and now i know why! The car was fine when i drove out the garage however the following day it wasnt. Had to ring the recovery and got told as soon as he opened my bonnet that my car was jumpstarted which the garage strongly denied however after me not being happy they refunded me the battery and given me a complimentary tank of petrol and service. Then the windows stopped working on the passenger side it would go down but not up, then when i put the car in for its service, I had to fork out £150 to replace the drop links (their quote) however got them replaced myself for £65, then the week after my heating stopped working! When i questioned the insurance policy they sold me again it is a component that either works or not.... No way am not that stupid !! no heating in the winter and they cant book me in so am driving with a car that so far has been a heap of sxxt and am absolutely disgusted with the quality and service from the garage and will never reccommend them again or waste any more money on cars from them as not only have i got a faulty motor as well as being in negative equity with my car and being sold an insurance policy of £250 that literally does nothing!!!!!!
