There is not enough space to explain how happy I am!

I have been using Carlton Car Centre for nearly 4 years now following recommendation from a colleague. I was dubious to start, surely no garage can actually be that brilliant? Turns out it is! From a service point of view, the frontline staff (Zahid and Karen) always make customers feel welcome and a part of the CCC family. I am often stressed on arrival due to Frankie the Fiesta causing me a headache, with the feeling of dread and resentment at how much he is going to cost me. The mechanics (my favourite is Paul!) work hard to fix the car, talking me through his diagnosis whilst producing the mangled parts that appear to be the cause of the problem, before letting me know the cost before I agree to the work. No unnecessary work is carried out and it gives me great piece of mind knowing they are there and trustworthy. Today I bought a new car on PCP finance through Richard, who was wonderful - no pressure, explained everything clearly and he worked out the best deal for me. Happy! Highly recommend.

CCC does it again!
I've used Carlton Car Centre for years for services, MOTs and repairs, even at very short notice! I have never had any complaints. This time however my old car finally gave up, permanently, and I ended up buying a used car from CCC. Again, the sales team couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, I got a great deal and a super new car.

Disappointed in service centre
They have had my vehicle 3 times now for intermittent warning lights on the braking system, the first time they said they'd road test the vehicle & found no fault, the speedo showed the road test was less than 1 mile, Not much of a test in my opinion. 2nd time they found a fault & booked it in for a later date. 3rd time can't find a fault so I was told to come back when the warning lights are on p

Buying a used car
Bought a 09 Honda Jazz,We will recommend this garage very highly to all our friends, The sales man was friendly,knowledgeable but not pushy or in your face. He listened to what we wanted from a car & then showed us what he'd got available then left us to decide. He was very happy for us to test drive & was very honest with his prices & what sort of a deal he could do. It made a refreshing change

Buying a new car
We went to look at a Citroen berlingo multispace we had seen advertised on this car centre website. Our car having been written off , as a deer decided to jump on the bonnet the previous weekend! We had a test drive in the car and decided to go ahead and purchase the car. The service from the guys here was brilliant. Not pushy at all, they just left us to look around the car at ease. excellent service
we went to carlton car centre after they were highly recommended by a friend. I would say this is the best service we have had when buying a car. At no point did we feel pressured, no upselling at all, just found the sales man to be friendly and really helpful. we love our new car and when it's time to renew we will definitely be going back to see what they have on offer.

Great as always
I recently got a hyundai ix20 from carlton car centre and this is my 3rd car over the years from them. I would not go anywhere else for my cars to be honest as the service has always been second to none. No hard sales just friendly advice means you can take your time and choose a car which suits you.
