My experience with Carscene has been nothing short of appalling.

One of the first things I noticed after my experience was how few reviews this business has for a dealership that has reportedly been trading for around 40 years. I can only comment on my own experience, but it certainly does not reflect the level of service I would expect from a long-established dealer.

My vehicle was advertised as having a full service history, yet after purchasing it I discovered this was not the case. Missing major service history was unfortunately something I overlooked at the time. The vehicle also had numerous issues that only came to light after an independent inspection.

When I initially raised these concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude and made to feel as though I was the problem rather than the condition of the vehicle. It wasn't until I involved the finance company that Carscene agreed to carry out repairs.

I bought a car from Carscene in 2009 on finance. Soon after the clutch failed. The air conditioning was broken but they claimed this happened after I had bought it (not true). We were sold a vehicle which was un-roadworthy and required multiple repairs. This was only discovered as we took the vehicle for an investigation report. We decided to do this as we felt we could not trust Carscene.
