Bad customer service

I bought a car in December for this garage. Their after service customer care is to be rude, obnoxious and insulting by the sales staff and the managers. The car came with a full 'service' and MOT. Within a few weeks the car broke down and I was told the breaks were severely corroded, shouldn't have passed an MOT and the break wire wasn't fitted correctly and was somehow linked up to the windscreen wipers inside so eventually the break wire would have snapped ! After having to demand that Catalina have their mechanic look at the vehicle again they said I could bring it down but couldn't whether the mechanic would or wouldn't look at it. Also is garage do NOT conduct any checks on the vehicles history and forgot to tell me my car had been in an accident previously which would also explain why one or the doors would lock and unlock itself when driving and the window had difficulty working as well. Be very careful and ask lots of questions and ask to see the HPI Report before you buy and lose hundreds and hundreds of pounds

Great car - shame about Customer Service
Bought a lovely KIA Sportage Was told it had service history stamped up in line with manufacturer warranty,only to find once we checked that it didn’t !! Asked the question several times but got no reply. They claim to have serviced vehicle too but clearly didn’t. They are not very customer oriented, certainly not once the deal is struck. The car is lovely, however the lies leave a nasty tast
STAY AWAY!
I recently had the worst experience of my life. I purchased a car that was delivered to me in a faulty condition. Upon starting the car, the engine warning light came on. Would avoid at all cost, nothing but issues and no help at all given. Problems began in under 10miles on car
Great dealer
Bought a car from this dealer at the weekend. Travelled down from the Scottish Highlands and was not disappointed at all! Great service from Tom doing all the buisiness over the phone including video walk round of the vehicle.and Tony who did the transfer when I arrived on Sunday. Great dealer to deal with and I would certainly travel the 397 miles to buy from them again.
Can't complain at all
From start to finish, I dealt with a chap called Tony! He worked on the weekend and even came back during. E week to sort the final parts out. Awesome service. Will defo be back!!

Buying my car
Bought a Toyota Yaris from Catalina it is my 2nd car from there really chuffed with it they found me just what I wanted even the colour which I knew were hard to come by and well chuffed with the package I got so thanks particularly to Tom for all is help.
Dodgy car
Advise anyone who wants a reliable car to go else where. Bought s car and it broke down the day it was purchased. After 6 times or returning the car with the same fault they refused a refund and have no idea what is wrong with it. Having aranged to go bk the mext say noone was available to see me other than his son who quiet franky is as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Avoid avoid avoid
