I haven't bought from a car dealer before and was a little nervous. I found everyone at Charnwood to be really helpful and friendly. I wasn't sure exactly what type of car I wanted but they guided me through the whole process. I am really pleased with the car I ended up buying - great value and I have had no problems with it all.
