Car involved in a collision or accident- client not informed and

We bought 2 years old car from Croyland Car Megastore had been previously reassured the car was not involved in any collision or accident. A couple days later we noticed the paint on a boot was not smooth so we took the car to a local garage to be inspected. After an inspection they told us the car has got fresh paint and lots of polish been used on it, the boot is not straight and it has clear signs saying the car was involved in a collision or accident. That was not a pleasant surprise for us as we were assured by Croyland Car Megastore the car wasn't involved in any collision or accident. They clearly lied to us and hid that important fact. When we complained Croyland Car Megastore said they didn't know about any extra painting being used on a car and refused a refund. They said the car was not owed by them even if during selling process they had claimed it was owed by them from new. Do not buy any car from them. We will take the case further.

Bad experience.
Salesman didn't tell me the truth about the car warranty. I have canceled my order when found out from the manufacturer. They declined my request for a refund of my deposit. Never go there again.
