Fantastic customer service, brilliant sales team and after care. Can't recommend highly enough

I bought my car from DJL in Oct 2014. Couldn't be happier. Dealt with Martin from initial enquiry until collection. Happily answered all my questions before and during sale. I noticed a couple of minor problems such as lacquer peeling during inspection, which DJL corrected. Also made sure the car was serviced and a second key cut before I took home. Noticed a squeal few days after purchase, DJL had it straight back in, just the new disks needing some grease which again was done quickly and with out any problem. Fantastic team. Well done.

Sold My Car to David James Limited
Change of job, so did not need my car any longer went to all the car buying sites but no luck. They would give price and then start bringing price down. David James Limited made me an offer and stuck to their word and bought my car. First time in 35 years had a hassle free transaction with a motor dealer. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer based on the 5 service I received.

Avoid
Bought a Golf, 100k, advertised as having new clutch & timing belt. Drove it down the road, loud bang, car went limp. Got it back to David James where the mechanic joked that he'd not tightened something properly when fitting clutch. Skip forward 6 months, timing belt broke, had to get car towed. Mechanic rang to ask who fitted belt as was such a terrible job, tensioner was so cheap it crumpled li
