Avoid at all costs!!!

I purchased a 2015 Q5 2.0 tdi with 60k miles on from these 'dealers' at the beginning of January 2022 and oh wow, what a mistake that turned out to be! We were the perfect customers, we didn't want a trade in, knew what we wanted and paid cash.... that's where it all started to go down hill! We paid for the RAC breakdown cover as we had traveled some distance for the car and we was told that we would be covered as soon as we drove away.

We paid for their valet, when we test drove the car we found sweet wrappers in the ash trays, we didn't say anything as we wasn't too concerned as the car would be valeted before we collected. On collection, they were still there and the backs of the seats were stained. We were too excited to stick around so made our point regarding it and left.

Within a couple of days the engine management light came on and the car went into limp mode, we got the rac out who said the egr was faulty and wasn't working. It would need replacing. So we phoned the RA

Stay clear.
I traded a car in back in July for an Audi a6 quattro. Had nothing but problems with the car. It was in a garage for around 10 weeks with an issue. I was told from Eddie wrights that they would pay for diagnostics. Guess what..... they didnt pay, so I had to pay £432 as they went back on their word. This issue finally got sorted. Sorting this also created a new one. Car was then in the garage f

bought a car from here and paid to tax it so we could drive it home only to find out 4 months later they never did tax it and what's more never sent the logbook to DVLA so my wife had been driving around in a car with no tax and DVLA didn't even have her down as the legal owner. No response to calls or emails. Safe to say i won't use these people again.
Do not use this garage
Really bad service. They use a third party garage to do the warranty work. Beginning to feel like it is one big scam. Had new engine which I thought was through warranty. RAC know nothing about it. Bruce Cousins garage not able to diagnose obvious knocking noise. I am now beginning to thing they are taking the mick and not even looking at it. Taking this further. Advise now to buy or use other gar

100% avoid
I have had the car since 31.07.2018, it has broken down 3 times now, they forgot to tax my car so was driving round for 2 weeks without tax, I have phoned numerous times to try to sort, not once has anyone rang me back so i have now gone to trading standards to reject car in full and lodged a formal complaint with the finance company as i tried doing a formal complaint with eddie wrights but again
No after-sales service
I bought an Hyundai from them last week. They answered emails promptly when enquiring about buying a car. After the purchase I realised that the key tag had been removed with the key number. I emailed them THREE times for this information. They didn't reply to any of my emails once they had got my money ! Appalling customer "service"
