I've spoken with my colleague, Stacey and understand that she has spoken with you and is looking into having your car brought into our service centre in order to have fully repaired. I'm very sorry for the delay and stress that this has caused but hopefully she will be able to resolve the issue quickly and you will be able to get on and enjoy your new car.
