STAY CLEAR OF FG Cars!!!

Initially I thought FG were a great company, spent time working with me and my partner's father (mechanic), allowed my partners father to test drive the car on my behalf which was signed off as mechanically sound, no ramp check had been done. However, when the day came to buy the car, the car had been registered as disabled, so had no VED.

I was told to go to the nearest Post Office, (which as a non-Loughborough-local, I didn't know where it was) to pay the VED and bring it into my ownership. Granted, this was explained to me, but would've been better customer service to have done this on my behalf, or even offered to drive me there.

Taking ownership of the car was fine, papers signed, key (1 key) handed over and away I went.

I took the car to my local mechanic who knew this was my first car, who after initial inspection, he put the car on a ramp, only to find the rear disc calliper seized open, and the passenger side front drive spring had snapped.

One of a kind experience
Honestly one of my most pleasant experiences buying a used car. The guys couldn’t do enough for me. All the facilities were very good and clean. May I also add the coffee there is unreal. I will definitely be returning when my other car is due for an upgrade next year l.

Don't buy from FG Cars Loughborough
I bought a car from FG Motors Loughborough and it was the worst thing I could have ever done. AN hour after leaving FG Motors Loughborough the car broke down. I then found out that part of the windscreen was missing which was hidden by a mirror box. Was told the car was unworthy but FG Motors Loughborough refused to get the car fixed. I was told by a mechanic they were shocked it passed its MOT. W

DON'T BELIEVE ALL YOU READ.

Sells cars with fraudulent MOTs

Keep clear!
