I have just collected my 5th car from hartwell and as always the service I receive from the sales department is outstanding. Nothing is ever to much hassle and this dealership will go that little bit extra. I bought my car from Hartwell, along with a 3 yr warranty. When my car reported an 'Engine Malfunction' on the dashboard I called into Hartwell Ford in Hereford to try and get it looked at. They happily informed me that they could book it in for diagnostics - in 4 weeks time! When I seemed a little surprised at this length of time I was told that they only have 2 diagnostics machines and they are
