Beware of lies

Watch out for this car dealer and be careful not to waste your time and fuel and double check before you set out to visit this dealership.

I had an experience with this company 30/07/2014 where I called them in the morning to enquire about a Chrysler Grand voyager they had advertised for sale.

The salesman who turned out to be the guvner as the man who we spoke to described him informed me that the car was a superd vehicle and a superb drive and ready to drive away. So thinking this was a worthwhile car to check out my partner and I set off on the 75 mile journey.

When we arrived the car was far from superb with a blackened rear number plate and blackened vehicle badges. Ok not too dramatic but then the salesman informed me that the car had not gone in yet but not to worry he was confident that this wasn't an issue even though the drivers window was broken and one of the rear power doors was also broken. The car was also in a general poor condition and definitely not superb or ready to drive away.

I had to be firm with the salesman and say no way I am not interested.

What a waste of time I told the salesman and thank you very much for nothing. I asked why I could not have received a courtesy call back to explain that the car was not actually ready to drive away and appraise me of the faults before I drove the 75 miles.

So the morale of the story........double check before you make the journey and to you lakeview shame on you for your poor customer service I will never buy a car from you and seriously, you need to buy a dictionary and look up the definition of superb!

Overpriced faulty car but I blame myself for not test driving th

Loud noice underneath the car when I drive over a ramp even at low speeds and keeps getting worse. Battery also completely dead after just two months of buying the car (Nissan Note) and had to spend £200 for a new one. Damaged front and rear bumpers which were carefully disguised by paint.

All my cars I have brought from lakeview have been if the best quality , with no pressure to buy , all 4 of my cars have always gone straight through a MOT without any thing needed doing .
