Awful service and cowboy general manager

The general manager is there to deal with protecting the company when customers complaint. I had a very interesting conversation with him which was one of a kind. He nothing more than a dodgy used car salesman with a track history. Shocking that he represents Mercedes in this dodgy franchise.

Mercedes have a very poor complaints process and protect franchises in their corrupt framework. He knows how to get away with selling poor conditioned cars and is very confident about telling his customers to complain to head office as he's an expert in saying so. He knows Mercedes back the firm up each time as they live off the dealer.

The edges of the doors on my car have deep scratches where they have been repeatedly banged and bashed against a brick wall, there is a nasty scratch on the chrome centre console, marks on the interior of the passenger door and glove box, the door sills are very badly scratched, the car was poorly valeted, with wax on the windscreen, making driving dangerous in the rain and the car was still wet &

Stevenage Mercedes messed up the 2013 service on my SLK200; failing to carry out the correct work properly and tried to get me to take/agree to oil additive after they had already changed the oil!!!
