Shockingly dishonest

Last September (2015) I purchased a van for £11102.02 from Lonsdale Vehicle Sales in Wattsville, Newport.

It was a box van and I was told by the salesman that it had come from Harrods and was very clean. I paid over the phone by card and also paid for a warranty and delivery to my drivers address in Nottingham.

I was desperate for the van as I had already taken a huge amount of delivery bookings and employed a driver who had been recently made redundant to do the work for me.

On the Saturday morning that the vehicle arrived, my driver sent me a message to say that he was very concerned about the vehicle, It had a large gouge up one side and was an ex Graham's the plumbers vehicle not Harrods at all.

I immediately contacted Lonsdale who was so abusive that I sat in tears, I couldn't believe that a company would substitute the vehicle and try to fob me off with an inferior one in its place and then when I called them to discuss it be so aggressive.

Unlike a lot of dealers this one is truthfully. Everything done as agreed on looking at the vehicle to collection. Even put all the owners manuals in the post to me. Great service

Flawless
To any prospective purchasers, our business have purchased all our vans from Lonsdale and I bought my car from them last year. Bernard and Dave gave me a fantastic deal and even picked me up from the office to collect the car as my old car wouldn’t start. I am in my 50’s and have never known such nice people to deal with.
