Bad experience. Sold a faulty car.
I purchased a VW Sharan from Lottbridge Motoring Centre for £4,800. Within days of purchase, the vehicle had to be returned to them due to driveshaft-related issues and clunking noises. Although I was told the fault had been repaired, the same problems continued.

I have since had to pay for repairs and have retained the replaced parts.
When I raised my concerns with the dealership, they relied heavily on the fact that the vehicle later passed an MOT with no advisories, despite independent mechanics continuing to identify faults. Rather than offering a practical resolution, the matter was referred to solicitors, who ultimately denied liability.
My experience has been disappointing. I would have expected a dealer to investigate the concerns thoroughly an
