Professional until I had a problem...

The car was advertised as "Fitted with 4 x Brand New Tyres". When I collected the car they looked new as they had been shined and valeted, I didn't notice the tread. But a few days later I noticed they where in fact barely legal on the front and average on the rear. As I paid the full cash asking price I both telephoned and put it in writing that I wasn't happy with the tyres as they where not as advertised. I was told it was an error on the advert and if I wanted to return the car for a full refund I could. But I explained with the tax, insurance and the fact I had sold my other car this was not a feasible solution. They refused to offer any solution or compromise other than bring the car back for a full refund. I have since read other reviews from other customers who have had similar problems.

Hi Greg, sorry you've felt we haven't looked after you but as explained on the phone you got a discount of £290 from the original price and you viewed the car before purchase. The £290 discount was given as a gesture of good will not because you found anything wrong with the car or its tyres. The tyres were all legal as the car had just been put through a full MOT and when you rang back you wanted a further discount to which we refused but we did however give you the option to bring the car back for a full refund.

So in another words you're not happy with the tyre condition on the vehicle even though it's just gone through a MOT and they are perfectly legal but not new, yet we are offering you a full refund but you don't want to take that option up...what else could we have done for you???

Very aggressive and will not help you

This dealer is a disaster , they ruined me and cost me thousands of pounds !! I could have had a major accident as the front tyres were illegal and now the engine is leaking oil and they threaten me if I go to their garage yhey will beat me !! They are criminal and will steal your money

This company is a gem

Went to purchase a 4x4 as they have a wide selection. Staff were excellent, really friendly no pressure like most car sales place. The car was in mint condition for its age, I've been looking for few months and with the extras (leather heated seats, satnav, parking sensors etc) definitely great value for money. I would highly recommend.

Dreadful experience - ruined me

Sold me a car that broke down after 200 miles. they refused to take a look at the car claiming i shouldn't have bought a 5,000 pound car - i now have to send it to a repair shop. Pictures were not as advertised but i still bought the car as i had no other options. Also rude and aggressive. i would strongly urge you to look elsewhere, plenty of other decent dealerships out there.
