Crooks and thieves.

I’m not one to leave reviews but please avoid this place at all costs. I bought an Audi S5 from these people a few weeks ago. They had trouble starting the car so agreed to send me to their MOT garage for a new battery. I wasn’t charged for it. I took the car to the garage they had arranged for my battery and new MOT doing and was greeted by a chap in a Motorhub polo shirt. He took my keys and said it’d be done soon.

The MOT was a pass with no advisories and a “new” battery was installed for me. After I got the car home, I decided to take it to my usual garage as it didn’t feel good at all. There were 5 instant MOT failures found in 1 hour of diagnostics including broken shocks, leaking oil and a plethora of other problems. Worst of all though, the “new” battery they put in for me was a cheap 2nd hand Chinese battery from a 1.6 car. The S5 is a 4.2 V8. This battery was moving around and could easily have set on fire. Currently have my solicitor in contact with them. Absolute crooks.

Scam! $500 indisckosed document fee
Bait and switch! They wait until the last minute to tell you about a $500 DOCUMENT FEE!!! Ridiculous as we are in PA so the only thing they would actually do is sign a title and provide bill of sale!

I brought my Aldi Q3 off these people I spent £6000 , we went all the way from Birmingham to see the car and took it for a test drive. We noticed there was a rattling noise coming from underneath towards the back of the car. Worst car sales in uk check there background
Went to view bmw had a grinding noise so motorhub agreed to have it sorted I agreed to come straight back up for it once fixed they agreed to this with me that I was to go back for it once problem was sorted and once log book was there as for some strange reason they had no paperwork for it got all screenshots .. had message this morning to say he’s sold the car very sly of them to do this .. just

This place is a rip off
Anyone should never buy a vehicle from this Place of business, I bought a grand Cherokee for my granddaughter after having this car for only 5 hours it broke down needing a engine.owner refused to get on the phone and of course no compensation just a toltal loss of my money. So my husband will deal with Tia and the owner

DONT BUY.
They will sell you cars that will break down within a few months. My car stopped on the motetwat 3 months after i bought ot and they refused to get ot fixed. Im taking them to court. Save yourself the headache. Buy you cars from a decent place. Not these cowboys.

NO MOT
Insisted on deposit only to discover that the car had NO MOT and refused to return deposit, absolute charlatans. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
