I found the customer service to be appaling... "salesman" was rude, uninterested and rushed. He couldn't even give me straight facts and when questionned he snapped that he hadn't said xyz (he had). I felt he was hiding something about the cars or just didn't know anything about cars. I had to tell myself there had been some benefit of going all the way out there... which was to try some models out to buy elsewhere and then be blown away by customer service of another car sales place. My money will be going there. They are the ones that need to stay in business, not this place.
