Avoid! Shocking customer service and vehicle condition

Absolutely shocking, I purchased a Renault Kadjar that I collected in store on 1st September 2016. The vehicle had 16 different defects such as scratches, glue residue and blemishes and needed body work and a new wing mirror. Whilst there it was sent to be valeted 3 times and between that I was guided to sign for it without thinking. Long story short... they had the vehicle for 10 days and upon collection there was further issues and still only sets to KPH on the speedometer. I am still currently going through the process of rejecting the vehicle that has been sitting on my drive unused since 10th September after being lied to by Toomey as they originally said they would order me a new one but I am stuck with it. Waiting for the financial ombudsman to help me resolve. Both the sales manager and director at Toomey Basildon have shocking customer service and LIE, you should see the emails. AVOID!

Worse customer service i have ever had
Started well, but when returning to complete purchase went down hill fast. Broken promises, rushed out of showroom, paperwork missing. 3 weeks later and I'm still trying to get work done to trim that's falling off under terms of warranty, service manager doesn't think it is warranty work, even though bits have fallen off the car.
