Absolutely disgusted at the service, or lack of, from Charters Peugeot of Aldershot. Did the respectable thing of ringing and making an appointment to view and buy a car. Father in law travelled some distance to drive husband there to view only to find when they arrived at their noon appointment someone had walked in off the streets and was in the process of buying the car we had arranged to view. We cancelled viewing of another car to prioritise this one which too had gone by the time all this was over, I will never recommend this company to anyone and will do my hardest to make sure no one I know even attempts to use their services.
