We saw the s-max after researching over the last week for what type of family mpv we needed. We had been to MJA in Burpham for advice on which type and Ian Allen in Westfield,Surrey where we decided we wanted an s-max. Think Ford had exactly what we wanted red and leather. We were able to see the car quickly and had time to look over it twice. We got a years warranty and parking sensors included in original price. We can get a further 2 year warranty for 200 pounds and not all garages offer that so was a bonus. It would have been nice to have been offered a hot drink and biscuit like the Honda Garage in Weybridge where you can help yourself. Having an activity pack for the kids to colour or a lego table to play at would have helped or even a lollipop or snack and drink could have made it less pressurised. But generally obliging and keen to make a sale without being pushy. We aim to buy shortly after my dad has looked at it. Guess we were lucky we found what we wanted for right price and long lasting interior.

Took 1.5 hours to figure out it was just a fuse

The front lights were not working on my Fiesta and they took 1,5 hours to figure out that it was because of the fuse. Such a waste of money.
