Awful after sales

First off I'm happy with the car and the price plus the trade in valuation on my wife's old car was more than fair.

The issue is after sales and lack of communication, there was a minor bit of paintwork that the salesman assured would be rectified and a courtesy car to use whilst the work is carried out. I have left around 10 messages with members of staff for the salesman to call back with no luck.

When we finally do get through to him it's empty promises of a call back.

I've lost patience and will get it sorted myself.

The garage stocks many high value cars and as we "only" spent around 5k I believe this is the reason we were contstantly fobbed off with promises of calls back,

I'm sure if we had taken the 60k Range Rover our custom would of been valued more highly!!

Won't be going back.

Waste of time

The car was advertised wrongly and the customer service was shocking. Jeremy fobbed me off, lied to me then ignored me when I asked questions about the incorrect mileage advertised and faults with the vehicle. I’m now a deposit out of pocket, no car and no response.

The only criticism is that Newmarket Motor Company promised a full tank of diesel at purchase. This was not honoured. Apart form that, very good service - would recommend.

Extremely happy customer

My family and I have been customers of Newmarket Motor Company for many years and our latest purchase was as seamless and stress free as it has always been. We needed to part exchange our current vehicle ( previously bought from them) as well as finance the new vehicle. I cannot stress enough how professional the personnel are how friendly and how stress free buying a car from these people are.

Helpful Service

Viewed and test-drove an Audi over two visits. All documentation offered for viewing, questions patiently answered, post-purchase work agreed and no undue pressure to buy. As it happened it wasn't the right car for me, but I was impressed by what seems an increasingly rare honest, relaxed, and helpful environment.

Great Car buying experience

I purchased my new Mazda MX5 from Jeremy last week at Newmarket Motor Co and I'm pleased to say that this business exceeded my expectations all the way. Jeremy's help, advice and communication has been superb all through the whole buying experience. My Mazda looks and drives like new although it is 8 years old! Credit where its due and I can fully recommend these guys to anyone.
