Love my new car

I have dealt with this company for years now, and I have just purchased an Audi A4 from Andrew, who I always deal with. Great customer service from and the team. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. When I need something looking at it has been dealt with with no fuss.

Waste of time

The car was advertised wrongly and the customer service was shocking. Jeremy fobbed me off, lied to me then ignored me when I asked questions about the incorrect mileage advertised and faults with the vehicle. I’m now a deposit out of pocket, no car and no response.

The only criticism is that Newmarket Motor Company promised a full tank of diesel at purchase. This was not honoured. Apart form that, very good service - would recommend.

Extremely happy customer

My family and I have been customers of Newmarket Motor Company for many years and our latest purchase was as seamless and stress free as it has always been. We needed to part exchange our current vehicle ( previously bought from them) as well as finance the new vehicle. Helpful Service

Viewed and test-drove an Audi over two visits. All documentation offered for viewing, questions patiently answered, post-purchase work agreed and no undue pressure to buy. As it happened it wasn't the right car for me, but I was impressed by what seems an increasingly rare honest, relaxed, and helpful environment.

Great Car buying experience

I purchased my new Mazda MX5 from Jeremy last week at Newmarket Motor Co and I'm pleased to say that this business exceeded my expectations all the way. Jeremy's help, advice and communication has been superb all through the whole buying experience. My Mazda looks and drives like new although it is 8 years old! Credit where its due and I can fully recommend these guys to anyone.
