I bought a car just before Christmas 2014, subject to it being MOT'd. MOT was done at the begining of January, and passed with a couple of minor advisories. 4 wks later the car was serviced and checked by a 3rd party, and the list of faults found included Gearbox, Clutch and Brake issues.
