Stay Clear

Bought a car from Outwoods Motors in Oct 2015 . When I went to pick the car up I was informed that they only had one key at the moment and that the previous owner was away and that they would forward the key by recorded delivery as soon as they received it. I wasn'y happy with this as I know insurance companies can be difficult with this if you have to claim a theft. And also to get a replacment (keyless entry fob) is costly. I clarified with (Nigel) several times that he could definitely get it and he assured that it was no problem and would send by recorded delivery. 3 months later and still no response from Nigel at Outwoods Motors and no additional key. Stay clear of this dealer.

I was a little concerned about buying from a 'non-branded dealer', but the reviews were good. I can confirm a smooth transaction, fair part exchange value, and the car purchased was a reasonable price. Recommend.
