A fantastic all round experience

I have bought two cars from this dealer and both cars have been perfect! Everything was sorted quickly and the staff could not have been more helpful. Everything to do with finance and warranty was clearly explained.

Definitely won't hesitate to buy cars from here in the future and would recommend to Family, Friends and strangers as a great place to buy a car!

Purchased a Honda CR-V from poolfoot cars fleetwood on 11th sept 2021 .Found them to be excellent,no pressure selling, issued with fresh mot, any issues we had where rectified with no quibble. A pleasure to deal with would definitely go back to them for any other cars our family needed. Dealt with John who was excellent. Best experience we have ever had with a used car dealer.

A very unprofessional company where I left a deposit for a car, and was guarantee by two people if I didn't want the car I could get a full refund, drive 300 miles to view the car which was not bad condition but needed a cambelt doing and when my husband taken it for a test drive the engine management light came on, which put us off the car, and when we found out the fault it was a common fault on

just picked up my astra estate wasn't sure what we wanted came In for a diesel or so we thought until colin explained that due to the little milage we do a petrol would be more advantageous we drove both with no pressure we ended up buying auto estate thanks for all your help

Terrible aftersales service, empty promises of repairs.

Terrible experience! We bought a car from Poolfoot Motors/Car Centre, the following day we reported a fault to them. This made the car unsafe and not fit for use. We were asked by them to return it, a two hour journey. We refused to drive it that far and eventually agreed on taking it to a local garage.
