Aftersales is where they excel

Bought a Mercedes-Benz C350 from Premier Cars in December. Great buying experience and I love the car. I had a minor issue in January and it was dealt with swiftly. I had a bigger issue in February (it's a car, they go wrong sometimes) and it was dealt with without a quibble and with no cost to me! I can't say I've ever had such a good after sales experience. Most car dealers don't want to know after you drive away.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRADER. SOLD ME A £25K CAR WHICH I HAVE HAD TO PAY A FURTHER £500 ON INVESTIGATIONS WHICH MAX SAID HE WOULD REIMBURSE (WHICH I AM STILL WAITING FOR). SUBSEQUENTLY INFORMED ME HE WAS FILING FOR BANKRUPCY AND TOLD ME TO PASS THE CAR ONTO SOMEONE ELSE TO WORRY ABOUT. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE SO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Aftersales is second to none
I bought my car from Premier Cars in December. I had a small issue the following month and it was sorted straight away. I had a bigger problem the following month (cars go wrong sometimes) and again, the issue was sorted with no quibble. Great car, even better after care.
