First Time I've used a garage to buy a second hand car for years.

Well if your marking system went to 10 Rogate Garage would make a clean sweep. I spotted the car late Saturday afternoon (Rav4)Paid the garage a quick visit on the Monday morning. Whilst looking at the car a sales person approached me armed with a smile and very polite not pushy at all. I told her I was interested in the car but would like my wife to see it well, no problem, made an appointment for 11.00am it is now 10.00 o'clock. My wife also liked the car which was prepared impeccably took it for a test drive liked it so discussed part /ex which was satisfactory so believe it or not bought there and then and picked it up Friday lunch time.So I cant give Rogate Garage anything but a glowing report .

Looked for a Megane, they had a low mileage, low spec base model for 6995. I found one with slightly higher mileage, top specs for £4800. Shop around dvd do your research.

Excellent servicing and repairs

I unfortunately had a part on my lovely RS clio fail only just out of warranty and the great service team successfully attained Renault goodwill and contributed substantially to the cost. They also lent me a courtesy car free of charge and valeted my car when ready. Thanks very much!

Very helpful, extremely friendly.

I was grateful that all parts of the transaction were explained thoroughly and assistance was offered if required. The car was very well presented for me on the day of collection. Included in the very competitive purchase price was an excellent warranty. Excellent service - honesty and integrity from an approved Renault dealer

Having used several marques of main dealers over the years; some poor some very good, it is a nice surprise to deal with a truly excellent dealer. The service staff are long serving well trained technicians and the sales experience was wonderful from start to finish. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

Superb, first rate service!

We bought a used car from Rogate Garage, the first time outside of main dealers, for own dealership cars.. From the moment we booked the test drive, purchased the car to pick up the service was outstanding. The service was friendly, and Becky was brilliant throughout. We were impressed by the quick turnaround, only having to wait two days to pick up. The car was MOT'd , serviced and a decent gold

Buying of new used car

Went to look for a newer used car and found staff to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased with way things were dealt with and how car was presented on day of collection. All cleaned and serviced. Member of staff took the time to recap with me on controls and devices on the new car to ensue I was happy before driving off. Very impressed.
