Talk a good talk but do nothing other than telling you to p**s o

Bought a car from this company on the 25th October 2025 and was assured that the car came with a full service history, MOT but they could not find the FSH but would get it from the previous keeper and forward it. Since then despite two phone calls and emails they have done nothing, not even acknowledged the emails. FSH affects the value of the car, I do not know what services it has had, I know it has an MOT via the DVLA website but not an actual certificate. BEWARE of this lot, they charge you an admin fee of £199 which is not well advertised, it is like Tesco charging you to use their tills. I paid cash so there was not even an admin fee for setting up finance, they charge you to do what they would have to do anyway, sharp practice. In fact adding an admin fee is contrary toConsumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, because doing so is classed as a ‘misleading action’. Someone saw the light
Update 21/11, phone call from Habib the owner of the business who was very reasonable and concerned about how the whole incident had been handled by his staff, not fully resolved because I still don't know where the FSH is.
