No wonder the motor-trade is not trusted by many.

I had been searching for a BMW 3 series 325i Touring Automatic for several weeks when I came across one at Stafford Automobiles. After researching :-- https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history I decided to call the dealer.

My very first question was in relation to what appeared to be black plastic spats/eyebrows on the front wing outer edges. These are more commonly in a chromed or bright metal finish and are often used as an embellishment/bling but more often than not they are used to hide the early stages of paint defects/rust beginning to break-through.

I was assured by the voice on the phone that there was nothing amiss with the wings and that the car was albeit a 14yr old example - it was a clean example not meaning that it had just been washed !!! ).

I quizzed him further and based entirely upon his description and assurance that there was no evidence of anything amiss I arranged to view.

It became immediately apparent that I had been told a bare-faced lie over the phone. I should have just walked away

Fantastic !

I recently bought an Audi A4 from this dealer . From the moment we arrived the time and service we got was superb ! Nothing was too much trouble . The owner and staff wer extremely continue and very friendly but professional . After sales have also been superb . I cannot fault anything about them . Would recommend them without any hesitation. I saw a mercedes on e bay that was advertised by stafford automobiles. I visited the garage and test drove the car. I spoke to brian the sales chap and we struck a deal on my trade in. Top bloke and no sales pressure at all. The car had a pdi prior to me collecting it. The car was taxed on site with their help. Very good comunication. Very happy with the car and the service. Will definitely visit

AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR BE PREPARED TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Very appalled at the service! The dealer doesn't offer driveaway insurance, making it impossible for you to take the car straight away if you're happy with it. They don't make any efforts to your satisfaction. For the money the car costs, they should have offered insurance since it's probably much cheaper for them. Instead, they said I should be paying for delivery! What sort of joke is this???

Nice and easy purchase

I looked at a few Nissan Micra's online and saw that these guys had a few. It was miles better than the others I'd seen and was actually the cheapest too. Very friendly and no pressure or hassle, they even arranged the road tax online and had it washed before I collected it. Highly recommended.
