Do Not Keep Their Promise

Bought a new car from the Luton branch in 2010 and was given a number of free items. Recently found that they have charged me for everything so lied about the free offers. Also. inflated my Finance Agreement with Toyota Financial Services - both in it together to fleece their customers. Quality of car not good as the front bumper had bubbled paint and some of the bolts are beginning to rust already. If you do buy from them, thoroughly check the paperwork as they do not keep to their side of the bargain.

I discovered air fresheners jammed into the pollen filter fan which started to burn and these guys mechanics only had access to my car, now I think the oil has been contaminated causing the engine to cook , they tried to sell me another car when I complained about the smell so I guess this is how they do business they vandalise your car so you need to get a new one.
Highly unprofessional
Very bad customer service. Over the phone told that they have 0% available on brand new cars. I did confirm that if they have Prius plus. I made an appointment and went to see Farooq “Sales person “ he was highly unprofessional and didn’t know what he was talking about. When I was agree to buy brand new Prius plus he did apologise and said it’s all sold out. Then he was trying to sale used Prius
Annual Service
Try to avoid that branch at Watford, rude very unorganised and they make you do unnecessary spendings. On top of that, I have a big question mark about their service, if you have to go their, ask for a video recording for the service. Also, before you leave make sure they stamp the service book as they won't respond to you easily when you leave.
Be careful they selling bed cars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought Toyota Avensis 1.8 auto, They sold me very wrong painted car !!!! Front passenger door and front side are brighter than rest of this car so I'm very unhappy . I feel cheated by this dealer because they assured me was nothing painted I'd like just tell this is 2012 reg. so almost new but painted ! Please anyone be careful if decide buy car from this dealer !
Unacceptable
Day wasted test driving a car whose price had been inflated since showing interest. Deposit to hold car before test drive took three weeks to refund. Refund successful only after getting the regional manager involved. Charming salesmen but their handshakes mean nothing.
