No mention of existing fault

DO NOT BE FOOLED by the first sleek exterior of this garage and the people who work there - they are no different to any other car sales business. Once they have your money you won't get any help what so ever for any problems concerning your vehicle. I was treated in exactly this way when I discovered that the car I had painstakingly saved up to buy off them, was sold to me with no mention of an existing fault. The second time I returned to them with the same fault it was obvious that they were not going to do anything about it. The 6 months guarantee etc etc is all a ploy - they will waste your time and money (causing you inconvenience of being without a vehicle in the meantime) making you run backwards and forwards thinking they are helping, which in actual fact doesn't happen. Change in management and staff behavior was also gob-smacking - going from :
