shabby service

I made arrangements to visit the site 10 days ago. And that included a test drive. The salesmanship was poor, all that was clear was I needed to buy the car there and then on finance which as a cash buyer I was not interested in. Asked to make a phone call from reception and was refused, which completely blew any possible sale at that point. Am still waiting to be contacted by email and the £99 reservation fee has not yet been refunded. Just a truly awful experience - I would avoid the place at all costs

Dodgy treacherous car dealer
Went on Saturday, 19 April, at Sytner Bristol site to buy an only 4k miles Smart Fortwo 453 for nearly eleven grand. The car looked impecable and got a nice short drive test so paid the money without hesitation. Luckily I had the idea to check vehicle with my OBD scanner before leaving the site and found eigth serious faults (Powertrain Control Module receiving invalid data from the Transmission C

Poor service from start to finish
Made a six hour round trip to view a Mazda CX-7. Test drive for the vehicle very limited, given no opportunity to go over 40 mph . However we liked the car and made an offer as we were cash buyers.
