Poor service from start to finish

Made a six hour round trip to view a Mazda CX-7. Test drive for the vehicle very limited, given no opportunity to go over 40 mph . However we liked the car and made an offer as we were cash buyers. Synter wasn't interested in the fact we were cash buyers and continually tried to push unwanted finance onto us. We were unable to come to a deal in the day and decided to sleep on it. My husband made a further offer the following day which was accepted. We waited in for someone to call us back to take the payment for the car, and phoned several times to chase up and were finally advised that someone else was out for a test drive in the car we had a deal on and they sold the car to them. Disgusting when they had already made a deal.

I made arrangements to visit the site 10 days ago. And that included a test drive. The salesmanship was poor, all that was clear was I needed to buy the car there and then on finance which as a cash buyer I was not interested in. Asked to make a phone call from reception and was refused, which completely blew any possible sale at that point. Am still waiting to be contacted by email and the £99 re
