The owner is atrocious

Travelled miles to look at a Mercedes ML, the owner of this company didn't seem that interested in selling anything? I had to do most of the talking! I filled out a finance form and left the garage. Due to the time spent travelling to see the car and the fact that I filed out a finance form you would think that the sales guy would at least contact you if anyone else came looking at the car you were interested in but no! Received an email back stating sold! I was very annoyed and told the guy to not bother contacting me again! The car incidentally did not start well so I would be very careful when looking at his cars!!

An apology is necessary to you as we failed to communicate the fact we had several people looking at the same car. We are not a pushy garage and try not to pressure our customers with claims that other customers are about to buy the car they are interested in. Most of our customers appreciate this low pressure selling , but in your case it totally backfired as by the time you decided to go for our car we had indeed sold it.

Car not as described

Do not but from this dealer, anyone looking to purchase from this company be very cautious. I bought a BMW in good faith, I part exchanged my Audi for a 335d XDRIVE M sport. After two days I noticed three of the tyres had bulges in them so had to replace all four tyres. Great specialist garage with good customer service

A few months ago bought a Merc cl63 from this garage and although the car was 8 years old with 40,000 miles it was so well prepared it looked like new !! We had a fault with a sensor which was swiftly resolved otherwise I was refreshing to find a small independent garage that really cared about the customer . Am loving the car many thanks to peter the owner who I bought the car from

I love my new porsche 911 cab!!

I travelled from London the Salisbury to see the car by train, they collected me fro the station, when I got to the showrooms the Porsche was everything the guy at elite said it would be, a mint low mileage C4s,with all the correct books and History,I'm really pleased with the car and hope weather picks up so I can put roof down!! Go to this dealer you would not be disappointed,

Exteremely happy

I purchased a Maserati gran turismo from Pete at Elite Carriage co and am over the moon with the car and the service provided. Professional from start to finish, the premises and the stock are all clean well presented. I'm extremely happy with my new car and will consider them in future when I want to change my car again. Car was dangerous, no customer service whatsoever!

I bought a Mercedes E Class from this garage earlier this year. Owner seemed great to deal with and I was very happy with the car until I had a blowout on the motorway a month or so afterwards. I found out that both of the rear wheels (19 inch AMG alloys) had been welded in 5 different places each and were still cracked which caused the problem. The front wheels were very slightly buckled also. Me
