Now this is a really good garage! We bought our car from Thornbury Car Centre a couple of years ago and their after sales service is superb. They have a nice seating area where you can sit (with a cup of coffee) whilst you wait for your car to be serviced/Mot'd. It is also really convenient to Thornbury and on a bus route so if its a 'long job' on your car you can easily pop home on the bus and come back.

It is also within walking distance of Thornbury so you could do what we did..drop the car off, walk to the shops and back again. The staff are really friendly and courteous and their work is second to none.

Waste of time.

Went to look at several different cars as we are buying today. Whittled it down to one we liked but they wouldn’t let us take it for a test drive. Told us to come back another day. Complete waste of time. Very strange way to run a business. They’ve just lost a customer!!

Breaking the law according to the Credit consumer act

After agreeing external finance to purchase an excellent car from this dealer, I paid a deposit willingly only to find, later, that the finance had collapsed. According to the Credit Consumer act, the dealer is not allowed to hold a deposit should finance fall through as it did in this case. Solid, no nonsense company that go the extra mile

Bought a Golf from them; started misfiring when 100 miles away a week after buying. They helped me to sort out its replacement with sound advice over the phone, and went above and beyond the call of duty in sorting it out even though not covered by the warranty.

honest dealer

I have had 3 cars from this dealerover the years,all virtually problem free.Any problem has been quickly rectified to my complete satisfaction.I have just had a problem with my latest car,and although it is out of warranty,Lou Casali,the owner,has fixed it for me free of charge,as he states I have been a good customer to him.I would recommend this car salesroom to anyone who wants a reliable car
