A good experience

I had read a few negative reviews about Tiley on-line but they had the car I wanted in stock and it looked good so I went to view it. Sales guy was pleasant, honest and the car was as described. I know a fair amount about cars and had done my homework. The salesman was straight with me and I bought the car on first viewing. I did all my own due diligence and checks to make sure I knew what I was buying was legit. It was and I am very happy with the car.

Without being rude, Tiley work at the lower end of the used car market and buyers can't expect a 10 year old Peugeot to be perfect and all issues covered under warranty. I've read so many bad reviews about lower priced dealers and mainly I feel people expect too much from warranties and the like. If you buy a cheap secondhand car it probably will have some issues. They all do. You have to accept some degree of footing the bill yourself. I bought a Merc CLK from these guys and it is perfect with full history and Merc warranty transferred. Van Buxton was the salesman and a very nice chap to deal with.

Amazing service especially during these funny times. Really happy with all the staff and the car. Highly recommended
Very helpful and friendly salesman
Phone enquiry about the vehicle i was interested in was handled well and all info was forthcoming. The salesman Colin was friendly ,polite and helpful. The manager lady initially came over as quite aloof and scary but she was friendlier when my wallet came out. I have had a good experience buying from Tiley of Bristol.
Dont buy off these
I bought a car off Tiley of Bristol and after 3 weeks the back axle went on my car. When I rang them to tell them the problem they didn't want to know, saying the engine and gearbox were only covered. I spoke to the so called manager and she just said in so many words tough. They are not very professional in what they do, they said they would transfer my number plate over and then I had to ring t

Embarrassingly poor service after sale
Having been to the car I was buying had locking issues that were going to be fixed before the car was sold, I dec to go ahead of the purchase. However since exchanging money a series of problems have occurred such as door locking systems breaking once more aswell as electric windows stopping working. This all occurred within two weeks of purchase so we decided to contact tileys to see what they co

We bought a 2004 C4 Grand Picasso diesel from Tiley's about 3 months ago which has been a pleasure to drive and own since. When we bought the car they checked-it-over and replaced the turbo, clutch and the DMF which other garages without a service centre would not
Brazen false adverting and lousy after-sale care
Not a good experience. I came to Tiley to view a car which was listed as having 70k mileage, when it actually had almost 80k on the clock. Overlooking this, I proceeding to buy it nonetheless as it suited my needs. When I came to pick up the car it transpired that the CD was totally inoperable. This had clearly not been checked, despite the car being advertised as having a 6-CD changer. After 90 m
