Commendably straightforward and open

Buying a car from Tom was remarkably pleasant. The car was immaculately valeted. Although my local garage was over 15 miles away, he readily agreed to accompany me there for an impartial examination. Unprompted, Tom had already pointed out that one of the tyres had a worn sidewall and that the front brakes needed attention. He reduced the price to reflect the cost of my replacing the tyre and agreed to have the car serviced and all four brake discs and pads renewed at his cost prior to collection. Subsequently, I discovered by closer reading of the service schedule that two time-based operations had been overdue when he acquired the car, so I had to have these done myself; and I replaced a couple of wiper blades. Of course only time can tell whether a used car turns out to have been a good choice, but the car came with a degree of warranty and overall I felt Tom would not knowingly sell a car less good than its age and apparent condition would suggest. Moreover, he was commendably straightforward and open.

Did a trade in of our Citrone Grand Picasso for a Volvo V50......offered me a very fair price and the Volvo was well priced. Did the deal then Thomas valeted the car to professional standards and delivered to our house 25 miles away. Very pleased with the car, hassle free experience. Highly recommended 5*****

I found Tom at TML Cars very helpful from answering my first phone call to handing over my new car purchase. No pressure selling.The car was serviced before I collected it to make sure it left their ownership in excellent order, at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this dealer for a knowledgeable and friendly service.
