Wholly dissatisfied poor representetives of the Volvo marque

I have a letter of complaint personally sent to Volvo customer complaints as documentary evidence of TMS abhorent service compounded by a trail of conservative truths! TMS offered a px figure for my vehicle and accepted the balance in full. A collection date was agreed only to find TMS admitted thier error and stated my vehice was worth £4000 less? I am convinced TMS had sold the vehicle I intended to purchase during the material times between the date I paid the full balance and the agreed collection date when I also believe it was collected by another buyer. i incurred a drastic financial penalty on my current vehicle insurer,also losing thier cover. I will provide necessary documentary evidence on request. I find most offensive TMS evasion of facts as I have worked all of my life in the Criminal Justice System with a client group who are pathalogically programmed in evading the truth.
