Cons just lie all the time

Flexi buy option on a fiat Ducato... within 3 months

No service

Only 7 months MOT (told me 12 and wouldn’t give me the mot cert)

Glow plugs failed

Exhaust gas temp sensor failed

Injectors failed

Fuel pressure regulator failed

Hill start failure

Bald tire on pick up had to be changed

Sent me a trashed loan van that broke down

Towed my van away with a Mercedes late at night

They state 3 months warranty on some websites then 6 months on other sites but in the flexi buy contract it states the van will have warranty throughout the contract.. which they said it isn’t..

They also state they allow you to track your van but don’t give you access to this.. “you can monitor the van’s performance and its whereabouts, enabling you to plot the course to avoid delays and ensure a productive safe workforce. Better still your insurance premium will be lower too!”

Nothing but problems with this company they also trade under a few different names..

Leased vans

Had a van on what they call flexi buy made payment through their invoice software that has somehow got lost somewhere took screenshots of payments and sent to Vanco. Given till weekend to pay or vehicle will be repod (words used by rep) received text last night saying van been seized asked where all my tools are and told they where being kept Please have nothing to do with this company

excellent buying experience, had a couple of issues, all have been rectified, through my sales, aftersales & issues i dealt with Paul, Dalton & Felix, all were excellent & ALL OF THEM did what they said they would do !! very pleased with my purchase & the level of service i received from them , i would purchase another vehicle from them 100%

Got van from them did not get the full mot i was meant to get so failed mot when I had it done 6 months later plus advisories said they would do the body work but never did real poor customer service

Great service

Bought a VW Crafter, great service from the guys. Don’t usually leave reviews for a month or so just in case but haven’t had any issues. Very helpful on finance as I got refused first time round, but they were really helpful. Not had any problems with van but bought an extended AA warranty just in case, only a few hundred quid so a no brainier on a £14k van. Great guys, very friendly and help

Excellent service

Being a busy construction company we are very reliant on our business vans and for the last 2 years all our vans have come from Vansco. Always priced right and always willing to a deal, we have always got good prices for our old vans as part exchanges. We did have a problem with one of the vans after but they fixed it, it took 4 days but we were given a loan van so no harm to the business done.

Discusting behaviour

Discracefull liars. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DECEIVING LIARS. Vans co know I'm goin to write this & do not care less. My Daughter purchased an over priced vehicle in 2016 from vans co on finance.shortly afterwards it broke down & was towed to a garage,after an independent inspection revealed it was a pile of crap AND the fault WAS there at point of sale AND incorrect mileage the fight to get vans
