AVOID - Shocking Customer Service

Bought a car in June 2020 - Advertised with 2 keys. Car had scratches which as part of the deal would be dealt with. The car was listed with a low mileage. Was told it would be ready in a week. Waited 3 weeks, had to go back on 3 occasions to collect as scratches were not ready, then finance documents were incorrect. When I collected the car it had done approx. 500 miles more than when I paid my deposit to take it off sale. Constantly fobbed off by the sales associates. Been trying to get my spare key since June. GM NOW says they cannot doing anything as they do not have a copy of the original listing so are unsure if it was listed with 2 keys. Calls are recorded for training purposes. They are now saying that I was offered a replacement key at trade price - NEVER BEEN OFFERED THIS. BUT why should I buy the key when it was advertised in the original advert!

Avoid at all cost! Purchased a car in may, didn’t realise vision motors only give 1 month warranty!! Things have started to fail afew months after purchase! The car is now costing me money! Patronising manager! Terrible customer service! I should have read the shocking reviews given beforehand on TRUSTPILOT! Lesson learned!

AVOID! These guys are liars and scammers. I bought an Abarth from them in July and was promised that the instrument panel and broken seat handle would be fixed.
