Appalling customer service, avoid this garage!

I bought a car from his garage about a month ago and when buying the car they offered to deliver the car to me as the car had recently come into the garage an still needed to be valeted and have a vehicle health check. A date for car was agreed and I was told that the car would be delivered between 10.30 & 12pm and that someone would call prior to leaving their office which is based over an hour away. I hadn't received a call by 11am so gave them quick call to ensure someone was on the way to deliver the car and I was told the person that was due to deliver it was off sick so it wouldn't be delivered! Nobody had bothered to call to inform me of this. I asked if someone else was able to deliver the car as my partner had taken the day off work especially which the garage then arranged for 2.30pm that day. When they delivered the car I checked over it and the car hadn't been cleaned since we had been to see it at the garage and they did not have a copy of the vehicle health check which I had requested from them when I put my deposit down on thhe car. Instead the car had cigarette ash all over the back seats and the interior was filthy. Not what you would expect when you were sold the car and promised it would be valeted and would look as good as new. I understand that a used car is never going to look new but they hadn't even bothered to clean the car before delivering it and I had to clean it myself removing the cigarette ash. When this was raised with the gentlemen dropping off the car I asked if I could have them pay to get it valeted which after a call to their Bristol office I was told that they would pay £50 plus VAT and they would put a cheque in the post the following day. That was on the 27th August and I am still waiting for the cheque to arrive! I called the day after receiving the car to complain about the service I had received

Bought a 3yo Nissan Leaf from them (dealing through James, who was cute), overall all good experience though don't expect to haggle as they wouldn't budge so if you want a deal look elsewhere. The car I bought was around £9k and I appen to know it was sold to them for £7.9k
